Can't Mark All As Read?

Everything is coming up unread for me in some of the forums (like the Water Cooler). Also, If I try to use thread tools, I get nothing unless I started the thread? Is that normal?

Um... let me see... on G's laptop, using Mozilla, not Firefox so I don't mess up his Gmail login.

The Mark Read link is in the left-side menu.

Oops. That one did what I thought it did... marked the whole board as read.
