Go to the forum that is most appropriate for your quiz's subject. If in doubt, the Quizzes Puzzles and Captions forum will do just fine.
Click the New Quiz Button.
Give your quiz a name and a description. The image and time limit are optional.
Click Next.
Select the type of question you would like to add first. The prefered type is to use radio button, single option multiple choice. Please do not add fill in the blank questions unless absolutely necessary.
Click Next.
Enter the quiz, the possible answers and the correct answer.
Click Save and Add another question. Continue adding questions until you are done.
When finished, click the done button.
You will be taken to the test and edit page. Test your quiz. Make sure that your answers are entered correctly and that you are happy with the spelling, etc.
Return to the test page. (Use your back button)
If Necessary, edit your quiz. Once you are happy with it, click the "Mark Tested" link.
It will be submitted for moderator approval. When approved, you will receive a private message letting you know that it's been posted and a thread will be started for you in the appropriate forum.
