Amy, I'm USING New Posts (I know, I know... welcome to the 21st century). When I click on a thread and then use "View First Unread" I can get to the posts, but then when I try to get down to the bottom to click the link for "top" again, it's hanging and not finishing the page load. I have to scroll up to the top to click "New Posts" again.

That seems to have been it. The problem is, my internet connection is so fast at both jobs that I just wasn't ever seeing the lag. I only use the home computer on weekends these days. It took regular dsl to let me see what was hanging.
