Homemade blueberry muffin, 3 points
1/2 cup of coffee w/sugar, hnh, and fat free hnh, 2 points
Yesterday was my first day back on points after the holidays, and I only went a couple of points over my maximum. I think that's a good start!

I'm home today, and have been in a very snacky mood. That can be dangerous, so I'm trying to find healthy snacks.
So far I've had:
3 glasses of water
1 orange (1 point)
All bran apricot squares (2 points)
2 heart of palm sticks (0 points)
1 serving of mini carrots (0 points)
Point wise I'm doing well, but mentally...... I WANT MORE!!!!!

Ginger candies, 1 point
That's why I bought the ginger candies in bulk - when I just really need something to snack on, they're surprisingly satisfying for the number of points, and comparatively healthy. They don't always do the trick, but sometimes it works.
