Weekend Log 2/1 - 2/2

We've had some very sad news today about the space shuttle. Sadness can make us eat more or less. Let's not deal with our emotions with food.
Log your stuff.

I had 3 glasses of water
a veggie loaf sandwich - 3 pts (the LAST of the loaf )
and an orange - 1 pt

we're going for Thai food for dinner.

Nutragrain bar

Then we went out to lunch, where I had

French Onion soup with the bread and provolone (my weekness)

A turkey sandwich on a pretzel roll with swiss and honey mustard

some fries (I tried not to eat a lot of them)

1 nacho (see, I used some self-restraint!)

1.5 big glasses diet coke

There's not much to eat in the house. We'll see what I can come up with for dinner. Maybe the fact that I logged how bad I've been will make me think before I cook something bad for myself.

Well, today was my binge day. So including the pizza I had after midnight last night (i think that counts for today, lol):

3 very small pieces of pizza w/blue cheese: about 600cal, 45g fat
1 crepe w/2tbs f/f Cool Whip: 75cal, 1gfat
3/4c f/f Crunch n' Munch: 110cal, 0g fat
6 chicken wings: 600cal, 43g fat
4 chocolate cookies: 240cal, 10g fat

Today's Total *drum roll*: about 1600cal, 99g fat

*oink*

Well, last night we had Japanese instead of Thai.

Had a salad with Ginger Dressing
a spicy tuna roll and a veggie roll
an ff ice cream
some cherries.

I ended up around 21 pts, I think. Also got 4 activity points

I finished off last night with a bowl of ff mac and cheese. I had a real cheese craving yesterday. Dunno why.

Anyway, today I have already eaten a lot, but I've made better choices.

I've had

1 small roll with a small amt of turkey
1 low cal blueberry yogurt with
5 strawberries and lots of fresh blueberries mixed in

I'm off to a good start. Let's see if I can keep it up!

Breakfast: 1/2c Fiber One cereal -- 60cal, 1g fat

Snack: 6oz nonfat yogurt -- 100cal

Lunch:
Ham sandwich - 1 slice ham, a sliver of tomato, lettuce, and spicey mustard (no calories, hehe) -- 100cal, 1g fat

Will probably finish off the day with a salad for about 100 calories, and 1/4c f/f ricotta cheese and spinach for 60 calories. That's only 420 calories, though, lol. Maybe I'll have another crepe w/Cool Whip for 75 calories. I'll update later.

Hey Angi! You and I are starting our day similarly.

I started with a pc of Cheeters Bread - 1 pt

then, after I jogged I had a 4 oz ff yogurt (1 pt) with 1/3 cup of Fiber One Cereal (0.5 pts)

I won't be having a ham sandwich for lunch though.

So far 2 waters. I need more - it's really hot here today.

Time to eat again...

1/4c f/f ricotta cheese -- 60cal

Yum

(What's sad is that I pack it into a measuring cup and eat it like that )

I didn't eat any spinach with it. I always do that. I buy spinach and then never eat it. Maybe I'll put some in my salad with my romaine lettuce.

Hehe, I love Fiber One and yogurt. I don't normally eat swine, but poultry gets boring. I rarely eat meat -- only tuna (and chicken wings, lol).

Salad - romaine lettuce, spinach, 2tbs f/f croutons, 2tsp f/f parmesean cheese, 2tbs salad dressing -- 100cal, 0g fat

Yummy! :p

Total: 420cal, 2g fat

(Still contemplating the crepe, but don't really feel like having it. Will aim for 600 calories tomorrow -- promise.)

*Edit*

Dave just stuck a piece of chicken skin in my mouth and made me eat it. Probably about 15cal, 1g fat.
