I have to add a skinny cow to my list already.

Mom came back from grocery shopping and had the chocolate peanut butter ones I wanted to try. The good grocery store is at least 20 minutes from home, so the ice cream was that perfect melty temp when she came in. I HAD to try it, LOL.

QUIT TALKING ABOUT ICE CREAM!

Put an orange and an egg sandwich (lite toast) on my log for a total of 5 points for breakfast.

Sorry.

Um, I won't tell you that I don't feel guilty about the cow then, since I don't get dairy in my diet unless I eat ice cream or cheese.

Perhaps it's your body's way of saying you need some dairy? Maybe a glass of skim milk or a piece of cheese or something will do the trick for you?

(See, that was more helpful)

Margaret, who ate ice cream before lunch yesterday too.

TeeHeeHee!
Margaret - I know that you're not on evil WW, you just do the "points thing", and I really do hate to tell you this (expecially because I remember how horrible I felt when I found out), but an ice cream does not count as a calcium. You need two milks a day, and ice cream doesn't fulfill your need. SSSOOOOOOO you either need to eat a LOT more ice cream, or you need to take a calcium suppliment.

TheWorm - who is going off to have an orange and will have ice cream tonight after dinner.

Yeah, I should start taking calcium supplements again. You're right.

I've never liked milk, even as a baby, so, I'm definately a candidate for osteoporosis.

Thank god for Fossamax, LOL.

Delia, oranges are only 1 pt?

Then I'm down to just 4 for the day. 1 for the bread, 2 for the egg and 1 for the orange! I thought they were 2 pts!!!!!

Unless its a really BIG orange, it's just one point.

TheWorm - who did 20 minutes of intense ab/lower body work, and 30 minutes of intense sweeping, scrubbing, mopping work, and who really needs to actively do some more upper body work.

Back from lunch

I had:

small salad with mixed greens, carrots and honey mustard dressing
1 slice of bread (small)
1 chicken breast florentine
1 scoop mashed potatoes
2 diet sodas

I don't care how many points was in my lunch. It was about the best lunch ever, and I didn't go overboard nearly as much as I could have.

Lunch was a sloppy joe with pickles and mustard. And an extra pickle.

I got stuck at the mall too, MJ. It was horrible. Everyone was either there, or at the bowling alley where my son was at a birthday party.

I also had some grapes in the car on the way home.

Dinner tonite will be Pad Thai. :lick:

I ate some leftover turkey breast and a cup of raw carrots - 1 protein, 1 vegetable. And I'm drinking some fruit right now. Rum doesn't count, right?

mj

Dinner last night was a gigantic salad with ff dressing and 2 yummy slices of pizza followed by ff ice cream!
In the afternoon I just had a pretzel stick and a coffee so I ended up at 21 pts for the day.

Nothing yet today.

and 2 turkey meatballs

Today was really high in carbs. Not something I'm ready to tackle, but, an observation.

Dinner last night was homemade chicken noodle soup and one crescent roll (low fat). I had a few bites of Jeremy's ice cream cake later...but he ate all the good stuff and I was left with the wh
