I have to add a skinny cow to my list already.
Mom came back from grocery shopping and had the chocolate peanut butter ones I wanted to try. The good grocery store is at least 20 minutes from home, so the ice cream was that perfect melty temp when she came in. I HAD to try it, LOL. |

| | QUIT TALKING ABOUT ICE CREAM!
Put an orange and an egg sandwich (lite toast) on my log for a total of 5 points for breakfast.

| | Sorry.
Um, I won't tell you that I don't feel guilty about the cow then, since I don't get dairy in my diet unless I eat ice cream or cheese.
Perhaps it's your body's way of saying you need some dairy? Maybe a glass of skim milk or a piece of cheese or something will do the trick for you?
(See, that was more helpful)
Margaret, who ate ice cream before lunch yesterday too. |

Margaret - I know that you're not on evil WW, you just do the "points thing", and I really do hate to tell you this (expecially because I remember how horrible I felt when I found out), but an ice cream does not count as a calcium. You need two milks a day, and ice cream doesn't fulfill your need. SSSOOOOOOO you either need to eat a LOT more ice cream, or you need to take a calcium suppliment.
TheWorm - who is going off to have an orange and will have ice cream tonight after dinner. |

| | Yeah, I should start taking calcium supplements again. You're right.
I've never liked milk, even as a baby, so, I'm definately a candidate for osteoporosis.
Thank god for Fossamax, LOL. |

I had:
small salad with mixed greens, carrots and honey mustard dressing
1 slice of bread (small)

I don't care how many points was in my lunch. It was about the best lunch ever, and I didn't go overboard nearly as much as I could have. |

| | Lunch was a sloppy joe with pickles and mustard. And an extra pickle.
I got stuck at the mall too, MJ. It was horrible. Everyone was either there, or at the bowling alley where my son was at a birthday party.
I also had some grapes in the car on the way home.
Dinner tonite will be Pad Thai. :lick:
