A WHOLE DARNED PIE! 
But....She did NOT lie!
She logged that darned pie! And then she went for a long walk to burn off some calories, and to think about how much she enjoyed that pie, and about how, even though it may not have been the best choice, H&F means being happy, and sometimes we need to indulge our crazy desires, and how eating to much pie one day doesn't mean she is bad or blew her diet - it just means that she has to make better choices the next day, and about how good that pie really tasted..........

Thanks worm. Now I want to go buy a pie and eat the whole thing all by myself. Which I know I can do because I've done it before!

1 bagel with reduced neufchatel
1 turkey and artichoke sandwich on marble rye 
1/2 cup onion soup
3 thin slices of pizza
I remember that I drank a lot, but, I don't remember what I drank -- I had 3 waters... I remember that... plus... 2 diet iced teas... I think I drank some other stuff too... but... even though it was all non-alcoholic, I can't remember it today  |

On the way home from work at 10:15pm, I bought 2 chicken fajitas and 2 apple pies from McDonalds, then ate a fruit bar when I got home.
