Traditional Thanksgiving kickoff by letting y'all whine about your various ills, aches, pains, and other assorted stuff.
I slept TERRIBLE last night. Stayed up too late, had a lot on my mind, and tossed and turned all night. Weird dreams too. 
All my meetings for today have been cancelled, which is a plus, but I have an "emergency" presentation to slap together for a client that, of course, wants it NOW. 
I used to have a sign up on my desk that said Poor Planning On Your Part Does Not Constitute An Emergency On Mine
and another that said It's Not The Whistle That Pulls The Train
I think I need to dig them out again. 
Have a tolerable Wednesday.

My knee is better from last Thursday's tumble but I think I pulled a muscle in my neck in the fall and it's not quite right yet.
BUT -
I already worked out at the gym today!!!!
My first Early AM/Before Work Work-Out!!! 
10x2 reps at 10lbs on all the arm machines, 10x2 reps at 30lbs on all the leg machines, 5 min at 5.5mph on the treadmill (a moderate jog), 15 min at 21.1mph on the bike, and 50 reps of various abs exercises.

I stink at that game. 8 hits, 49 misses.
I think I'll go back to researching games for my ladies night out group to play.
