| | I'm already up and making my personal health goal plans for the new year. Can we discuss possible ideas and map out our plans together? I thought it might be interesting to make up a list of goals and place them in a new thread, which we can all then update with our progress from time to time duing the upcoming year. Right now, I'm just looking for a bunch of good ideas before making my final plan.
I'll start: I want to add a more vigorous workout two or three times a week. Right now, I'm doing something every day, but I want to have a couple of really high-intentsity workouts in order to achieve a higher level of fitness. I'm stalled at the moment, I think.
I also want to work on making my healthy meals more creative. The Four Horsemen are starting to feel anxious about mealtimes, as I've gotten into a rut. Bring on low-fat recipe ideas!

| | Re: Planning ahead for 2004 | | Great idea Cindy, and I got your title updated so we are looking forward instead of backward.
I'll think this over. I definitely would like to set some realistic goals for the coming year.

Thanks for changing the title, my numbers are apparently still not where they should be.

| | Re: Planning ahead for 2004 | | I'm in. I already have a definite weight and return-to-X-weight-by-this-time goal. I mostly need to figure out when I can work in exercise without it becoming a major operation as far as gym clothes, bags, shower facilities, parking, and my own piece of mind are concerned.
