| | Well, I prepared my breakfast/lunch bag this morning with lots of good fruit, and then left in on the kitchen counter. SO....... I have to re-plan today's food. I got coffee and a whole wheat bagel with a very light schmear of lite cream cheese - 6 pts.
I'll try to get a small salad for lunch because I'm going out to dinner tonight.
The lesson - even when the good eating plan falls apart, there is always a reasonable "Plan B" out there to help you maintain your goals.
Let's make some good choices today! |

| | Coffee so far.
I haven't been bringing my lunch because I've been lazy, but I HAVE been stocking plenty of fruit at the hacienda and bringing in one piece for my mid-morning snack. And I have also been planning out out evening meals for the week, so that helps in grocery shopping AND points.
We are also working on the wee one's eating habits. He eats far too many sweets and "snacks". |

| | Arthur Treacher's Fish and Chips - like the Taco Bell of British fried seafood.
Of course, when it's put that way...

| | Gawd, I didn't think there were any Arthur Treachers left in existence! They had great fish and chips......
Breakfast was oatmeal -3
Lunch was a subway ham and turkey, no cheese, no mayo :blech: but the sandwich was :lick: 5 points
After lunch snack during an all afternoon meeting was 2 thin mints (-2) and a chocolate chip cookie (-3)
Dinner was dump soup (-1) and a BLT on lite bread (1 for the bacon, 1 for the bread). One of those strawberry GS cookies after (1.5 points)
That makes it 17.5 food points for the day. |

| | I ate cheese before bed again. six points. And a Corona for two.
I really need to find some lower points snacks that I can eat later in the evening (because I'm HUNGRY) that will satisfy. I need salty and something I can get my teeth into. Not popcorn, because I will eat too much of it.
I think I will look for the kashi crackers that my WW leader brought to class the other day. They are only 2 points instead of the 6 for the cheese. | | |
