| | 3/31 - Let's end the month right!!! | | How do we do that? We write down all the good stuff we do for ourselves. That means logging our food, recording our exercise, and maybe something more. Maybe keeping a log or a journal is a great way to promote good emotional health. What do you think?
I've always had trouble "journaling", but I'm going to try.
So -
Log the food!
Do something good for your body in the way of activity (and yes, sex does count!)
And think about starting a journal - it may be good for your mental health and emotional well being.
Share the food log, share the exercise progress, and share as much of your journal as you'd like.
I started my day with too little sleep (insomnia is becoming a problem), a cup of DD coffee (which tastes even better than usual!) and a muffin. 6 pts. |

| | Re: 3/31 - Let's end the month right!!! | | Oatmeal and an apple.
The problem I have with journalling is there is always the potential that someone else could read it. I tend to write things that I don't particularly want to share with anyone but myself, but it DOES make me feel better when it's written. Guess that's why they invented shredders, huh?
Back to the drudge. Can I take another vacation yet?????

My problem exactly! I know that no one will ever see it, but I'm scared to put things in writing. Of course I could destroy it. I've even done some journaling on my C drive with password protection. Journaling is a great way of releasing tension and re-evaluating situations though. Lets try to do some - even if we dispose of it when we're done. |

| | Re: 3/31 - Let's end the month right!!! | | I journal on the computer at home and leave it right up on the screen. Hubby hates the computer, won't touch it, and probably wouldn't invade my privacy by reading my diary anyway
1 meal replacement bar
a lot of water

| | Re: 3/31 - Let's end the month right!!! | | I walked on the treadmill today (cold & rainy) but managed to finish one of the books my doula gave me to read as part of my "childbirth education process."
I've done all my pregnancy exercises except four sets.
I am keeping a pregnancy journal right now as part of the "childbirth education process" as well, but I don't think I'm likely to share it (maybe in the women only forum). I'm apparently already pretty educated because most of the things I read I just kind of nod and mutter agreement to myself.
I also keep a book journal and a regular journal except I tend to neglect the regular journal unless I'm really upset or happy about something.
