4/2 - Fabulous Friday

Ok, your challenge, should you choose to accept, is to come up with a brilliant note of H&F inspiration to share with the group.

While you're working on it, don't forget to log your consumption, exercise and all round healthy habits.

I started today with some hot apple cider - 2 pts

How about "committment is good....in moderation."

Oatmeal for breakfast. Apple later for a sensible snack. Have done the 1/2 mile trek through the buildings to check out the install already. Things are going well, so I told them to call if they need me, and I will see them tomorrow.

breakfast = 1/2 of those huge muffins, three huge strawberries, coffee w/skim and sugar

lunch = way too many french fries and a veggie wrap

Okay, so I don't. I find that working out regularly is less a matter of inspiration and more just a matter of doing it. Of course, being able to read while on the treadmill is a great incentive (just call me the maven of multi-tasking), which is what I did today (still icky weather). And I managed to get in most of my pregnancy work out--I have 100 ab squeezes (1 set) left to go.

Gorgeous weather here today. I hope I'm sending it your way Naomi.

30 minute walk with the dog. I can see my shins getting back in shape from walking. It's starting to feel good.

We are having comfort food for dinner. Daughter is coming home for the weekend...she's had a tough week.

Weekends with daughters can be great for mental health! Maybe you two can paint some pottery and have a "girls weekend"

I actually did take both of the kids to paint pottery on Saturday. We had a lot of fun! Jer did really well for his first attempt...I can't wait to pick up the pieces!!

I'll extend the Friday thread to the weekend....took the dog and the son for a 3 mile walk on Sunday - it was absolutely beautiful. All of us were pretty exhasted when we were done - puppy slept in the car! Scrambled eggs and french toast for dinner - easy and quick.

Then we watched Moses until 9:00 (too tired to stay up later!!!). Jeremy loves that movie.

Good end to the weekend.
