4/6, Another day, another chance to do some good

I started my day with some supermarket brand of Chai that's actually pretty good - 3 pts

I lifted weights this morning and am doing some of my pregnancy exercises while in the office. I plan to do the full-blown advanced work out this evening, but we'll see how that goes.

Have wolfed down yogurt, an orange and literally ran downstairs for a salad.

It's been a busy morning, to say the least.

Damn, that sounds good.

Dinner is cooking...sloppy joes, fresh green beans, kind-of TheWorms potatoes.

I got in my exercise by doing chores, cleaning part of the garage and taking out multiple garbage cans to the end of the driveway. Oh and an assortment of "honey-do's" that have been waiting for honey to do for sometime and I'm tired of waiting.

Glass of wine tonite. I need it.

I had matzo brie for dinner.

'K, it's time for me to get serious. We picked sizes for our dance costume tonight in class and I had to order extra-large. And even with that, I'm two inches beyond the measurements for extra-large.

The diet and exercise plan starts in the morning.
