You do not have to share your results  but even taking the quiz might give you some ideas on things to sizzle your love life. There are other links after the quiz is over to read as well.
Speaking of which....most of us are pretty avid readers. And since we're on the subject of sex this week   <----requisite EA behaviour  let's talk about getting your MIND ready for sex. Reading sexy books, reading articles about sex (you don't just innately know these things, you have to learn them somewhere!), watching a sexy movie (doesn't have to be porno ) gets your brain in the mood, can be educational, and just might liven up things in the bedroom.
So today, if you'd like, talk about books, movies, articles that have educational or sexy mind-candy value.
And while you're at it, log your food and activity...and have a WONDERFUL Thursday.

But it's good in one way - I just realized why my legs hurt so bad this morning when I didn't go anywhere yesterday. So do I ice them, or stretch them?

Ahhhhhh....3 mile run. What a glorious morning for one! I wish I could be home every day because I'd be the thinnest, best in shape person in the world. Nothing like getting the kid and hubby out the door, strapping on the Addidas, and going for a morning run.
I'm ready to face the day! (After I shower and get all the sweat off first! )

Bah. I got through 3 pages, got an ad page, and when I told it to "skip" got sent to a main iVillage page instead of the rest of the quiz.
Wasn't made real well anyway - the outdoors question needed one more choice for sure. "Once, but never again".

Porn Star Potential, like everyone else, apparently.
Small bowl of cereal for breakfast. The usual tea.
I don't know what lunch will be, but it's at Quiznos. I've lost 6 pounds already. 2 pounds a week for 3 weeks that I have been dieting. I may have to slow it down, though, because I am constantly preoccupied with food.
Losing weight is easy, if you don't count the not eating part.

It seems we are all potential stars. How about that!!
peanut butter toast-2 and tea for breakfast.
1/2 turkey sandwich, tomato, swiss cheese for lunch. Some chips.
I know. I have to quit the chips. But aren't porn stars allowed a diversion???

JP, remember the mantra: Hungry is good. (I keep repeating it to myself, and I do think it's helping...a little)
Apple for breakfast, lunch is lite bread with a slice of ham and veggie cheese (only 1 point per slice)
