It's Mexican Declaration of Independence day. I think we should all declare our independence from societal images about our bodies! And if you want a Corona or a Sangria or a burrito - knock yourself out - in moderation!
I slept badly and woke with a horrific headache. Slept in a little late - took the RX meds, and feel a bit better now. Had an Optima in the car and have an apple for an am snack.
I was off work and just barely checked in yesterday, but where the heck was everybody else!
