Since Em is busy and I need all the help I can get, I'll start one for today.

oh, and a whopping 3 hours of sleep for the thirsda day in a row. Yawn

We missed the weigh in yesterday too.

I'm a maintainah. Finally not feeling pukey from the drugs. But one of the other side effects is supposed to be forgetfulness...yesterday I forgot my badge and my glasses and today I forgot my phone. I'm blaming it on the drugs.

breakfast was a slim fast.
Then I was bad and had coffee AND a bran muffin.

For lunch I have a mini yogurt cup, an orange and some strawberries.
