edited to add: One quibble about the test - in my results it asked about a time I was very tense and anxious, but didn't ask if it was connected to a certain event; it went on to score me high on Generalized Anxiety Order, but the anxiety wasn't generalized, it was directly connected to a big, bad situation at work. (It's not paranoia if people really ARE out to get you!  ) Other than that, a good test with standard questions in an easy-to-use form.

It says I'm moderately clinically depressed. If I could just quit work now, that would all go away. That's got to count for something.

ummm well having been diagnosed with biologically based anxiety, that was a given, depression-not recently but yes in the past, possible bi-polar. Maybe, but doubtful, depression plus anxiety can mimic manic depression.
