| | Wel, the first part went out to internal contacts today. It may or may not incite a riot. Since I'm getting a boat load of "Out of Office" replies, it might be quiet today.
The second part goes out to our clients on Monday at 6:30 a.m. THAT'S the one that will probably start all the yammering.

Slick - what is your sugar level supposed to be? Is that low? | The doc wrote down two different levels:
Fasting 70-110
2 hours after any meal and at bedtime less than 140.
He didn't say and I didn't ask, but I'm assuming that I shouldn't be below the 70 mark. |

| | It took a few days to figure out this new eating style, but I've about got it figured out. Now I have to concentrate on the low fat part of the diet. |
