Late lunch/early supper was a 3 egg omlette with bacon, ham & beef with hashbrowns and a glass of tomato juice. Didn't get to take my blood sugar until a little after 5p and it was 103.

Breakfast: OJ and a blueberry muffin.
Lunch - airline peanuts
Dinner - the most even amazing seared tuna with sauted mushrooms and wasabi mashed potatoes, a small piece of bread, iced tea and coffee.
