Was STARVING so I didn't do as well as I should have for lunch.
Went to Panera. Usually have the veggie soup or half and half. This time I had a whole sandwich. The grilled portobella panina - don't even want to look up how many calories and how much fat that is! And I had the baked lays. |

I had part of a Crunch bar but its that week and I needed it and I have a bad headache that the anacin isn't helping, so it was medicinal chocolate. |

Excedrin is the only thing that gets rid of my headaches.
Finished off the last half cup or so of the chicken salad, sans crackers.

Triple decker cheeseburger with no bread for supper. Shoulda had two of 'em. Forgot to add that I had a handfull of Ranch Doritos.
Sugar was 76 at bedtime.
Since my sugar was so Low I induldged into a big (5 scoops) bowl of FF bannasplit yogurt just before bedtime. YUM!

Brian and I both had bad headaches last night. And I was totally exhausted but couldn't sleep, and I was craving ice cream.......
so I had a Smart Ones ice cream for 2 pts. then I had a second. Then I had a veggie sandwich. | |
