| | Morning.
Had one of those really tired morning.
Stopped on the way in for a RedBull. Reached for the sugar free, somehow got regular - so that's 110 empty calories, but it kept me from crashing my car.
Also had some of the cooked Kashi stuff when I got to work. Twigs and berries, but strangely tasty. |

| | dinner - went out for Thai/Japanese. Had a spring roll and a sushi roll. Also had a yummy drink with pineapple liquor, vodko, pineapple juice and cranberry juice and THEN we went to Dairy Queen and I had a small Blizzard which is really not so small but is so good. |  | |
