Forgot to check my sugar, but the scales say I've lost a total of 15 since I started the diet. |

ff yogurt w/ GoLean Crunch
Still fat
I was supposed to go to the gym this weekend - didn't but I did a lot of housework and scrubbing that should count for something.
Sat was a wasted day. I was dissappointed about something and with Brian's help ate a carrot cake - but not much else. Yesterday I ate some cherries and then we went out for dinner and I had steamed veggies over rice with melted cheese. |

| | Re Daily log, Monday 8/7/06 | | For lunch I had a vegan frozen meal. It wasn't a lot of calories - a bit more fat than I would like, but very high in fiber too. But I just realized its a carb nightmare!!!! Lentil loaf, sides of mashed potato and peas and corn. Peas and corn make a complete protein, so thats good, but lentils, potato, peas and corn - could they have added any more starch? I may need to rethink this. But I did find a recipe for lentil loaf that looks really good, so I'll try one at home.
Can I cook lentils in the slow cooker? |

Sugar two hours later is 75.
Yeah, Melanie, I do feel different. For one thing these damn shorts won't stay up and Tracy says she can really tell when she hugs me. |
