How I Lowered My Blood Pressure

I had high blood pressure on the bottom number. I took it regularly at work and it was always high. I also had heart palpitations.

Then I quit my job.

Then someone from my company picked me out of the rubbish pile and gave me a new position.

I now have "really good" blood pressure. My bottom number is low.

No change in diet, no change in exercise. Just a new job.

I'm glad that things are going so good for you at your new job. Stress can do amazing things to our bodies.

As a general rule, the better it felt when you said it, the more trouble it's going to get you into.

Re How I Lowered My Blood Pressure

Margaret I had a similar experience. In 2003 I started working at a new school. I am working harder, but loving it more. I lowered my BP 10 points. Really I did. It was very high.
