Re Why Women Should Weight Train | | Wow! I don't know how I missed this thread, but I am clapping and cheering! yes to each of those points. I love doing weights, and I'm liking the (slow) results I am getting. Do you guys remember that article someone posted earlier by a woman who trains weight lifters? I emailed her and she sent back a prgram to fit with my disabilities, and I've been going at it. Slow progress, but that's better than nothing.
