Yet another tidbit from first magazine.

The hormone HGH, whose release is promoted by sex, is a muscle-building hormone.

Orgasms help tone certain muscles too.

But sex, doesn't help increase our step counts.

It does mean more steps when your daughter comes into the room and you have to run into the closet Thankfully she is only two and we heard her coming.

But around here, sex is a once every month or two thing, so I can't count on that

Last weekend I was feeling rather, um, you know , and announced to DH "I'm serious. I'm so serious, I'm taking off my pedometer.

He knew I was serious.
