Hhm. I did it for a while and it wasn't right for me, but it's great for some people. Money wise, I don't think it's a GREAT deal - it'll cost almost the same as a full gym. I would check prices. If there is a gym around that has machines and classes and the costs are similar, I think it's a better bet. Especially if you have a gym designed for women where you may feel more comfortable. Curves is a great step and can be good, but I got bored and I found that I didn't push myself as much as I should have.
Also - when I joined you had to commit to one year. If you can join for a few months as a jump start that may be great, but it wasn't a good option for me after the first several months. |
