Workouts changing seasonally?

I had to start a new thread, since the last one always shows as 'Doing your guy...' and I'm tired of laughing at it.

Anyway, this is the time of the year I just hate going to the gym. I'd rather be outside, taking a walk, gardening, etc. Is this ok, or should I make myself go back insdie for part of my exercise? I really, really like to play outside.

Re Workouts changing seasonally?

Nothing wrong with varying your workout to incorporate more outdoor activity, Cindy! I would just make sure you get in the same amount of something with the same intensity that you were doing in the gym.

Re Workouts changing seasonally?

I believe it is actually a more challenging workout to do it outside.
