I am being totally accounable for my pizza - thin crust with lots of veggies. Yep - I totally admit that I got po'd at work and this is revenge eating, but I had a sensible lunch and breakfast and I'm actually ok with calories and balance

Re 06-05-07 Accountability

I have run around like a madwoman today, barely had time to grab fruit for breakfast and lunch. I had a fairly good supper, though, and we took the time to eat together since it's Avi's last night here. And, I managed to make a nice dinner which was low in fat and yummy- that was my challenge for the day. My supper:

a spoonful of chicken, sweet potato and apple organic baby food
few flakes of oats and sunflower seeds
a mashed strawberry with a drop of honey sprinkled with spirulina algae
a shredded spinach leaf
a slice of fresh coconut

Re 06-05-07 Accountability

Ack! I did it here, too. That is *not* what I ate on the 5th. I got my logs mixed up.

On the hermit crab board, new crab owners are invited to log their crabs' diet and more experienced members will offer advice about improving the diet, what to add etc.

On Tuesday evening, my PM box was filled with helpful advice about improving this:

1 grilled checken breast
1/2 cup mushroom spinach risotto
steamed asparagus
1 glass of chardonnay.

The advice the other crab owners gave is that chardonnay is not good for crabs!

You guys are lucky it wasn't the day for crumbled dried shrimp and mashed fresh sardine and the raw sardine head.

So, are we still logging? I don't have an eating disorder, just a bad case of the stupids.

Re 06-05-07 Accountability

I'll bet if you soaked those sponges in your chardonnay, your Bat would be hanging from the lampposts!!!

So is this the "admit to your falls" thread? 'Cause I'll fess up. Had pancakes for breakfast - it's a fundraiser and they smelled soooo good. From The Pancake Man too, not just any pancakes. But instead of putting syrup on them, I used splenda. So that's better.

But I HAVE been walking every day. 30 minutes. The dog likes it, I like it, it's necessary.
