I've been trying to log what I eat there and occasionally remember to log activities. Has anybody found a way to log weightlifting though? I do it 2-3 times a week, but don't see it on there at all. It's not a big deal, I'm not too overly concerned about logging my activities as I am my food, but thought I would at least try when I actually remember.

Yeah, I found fitday to not be so good about logging activity. I just keep a paper log.

See, but Angie is already turning into an expert.

What are your goals with the weightlifting, Bree?

I know it's not good, but I don't really have any specific goals with my lifting right now other than to increase my strength and LBM.

I actually thought we had an exercise smiley. I couldn't find it, but I found the dumbell. The things you discover when searching the smileys!!

I am trying to find a picture of my son's weight system, I will post it when I find it.
