I stumbled across this on cnn.com this a.m. Interesting read. I have never heard of acai (can't make the "c" in the correct symbol), and Cindy, I wondered if BGA is the "algae water" that I've heard you refer to before. I perked up when I read that BGA reduces allergy symptoms.
We have a new Whole Foods in Omaha. I might just have to take a field trip with a shopping list.

It comes in tablets, capsules, powdered for pets, and mixed in with enzymes and acidophilus.

Yeah, after milk is pasteurized and homogenized there isn't much left. I only buy yogurt with active cultures and L. Acidophilus in it. The active cultures help the body process milk products. I might try out the new cheese that has active cultures too.
