They are always coming up with new ways to starve yourself. There are only a few rules to remember:
Variety is important. Your body knows what it needs. By having a variety of foods you are more likely to satisify it without eating too much.
Keep track of calories and make your meals small. Also beverages have calories. Soda and energy drinks have calories. Watch it! (Exception, being vegan. Dairy product, and eggs far out weigh anything on the calory count. Therefore, you can add some more roughage to anything and everything. (Even meat by itself, not that many calories))
Excercise and drinking water is the number one way of preventing disease. Disease can lead to weigh gain. Really fat people are not just eating all the time. That might be how they got sick, but kidney failure, failing organs, heart problems, imbalance of hormones due to gland failure and various problems, will keep someone fat though they starve themself. It is sad. So even if you're fat, healthy or skinny excercising and drinking water is something you should always do.
