That really is interesting. And as my nails show, I have a thyroid disorder. Even though it's being treated, my levels fluctuate a lot, and my nails certainly reflect that.

My pointer finger nails twist. My middle finger nails will too if I let them grow enough. I don't see that listed there, though. Been happening since I was 11 or so. I still don't know what that is about, but I'd love to straighten them out.
I do believe about the nails telling about health. When I did the South Beach Diet my nails changed drastically. They were thick and nice, and then when I did south beach they became thinner. You could see for a while, across my nail, a band that represented the time I was on that diet.
