This little workout kind of interesting, for what it's worth. I tried it and as promised it's fast as well as intense--and (provided you are careful) the exercises are relatively back-friendly.
I thought it was a good way to give yourself a kickstart while keeping some form of exercise as a part of your daily activity.
The key seems to be pacing your reps as slowly as possible. Don't go for high reps, go for the max in effort.

It's hard!
It also felt good--even though I couldn't do more than 7 of each at a stretch.
