Oooops. Did I ignore yesterday's thread?
Okay, so I've been a bad, bad H & F November Member. Today's the last day of November though, so I'm getting myself in mental gear to ramp up again tomorrow.
Minor whine - I really have hurt my shoulder. I keep waiting for it to get better,

I think I did some rotator thing to it, probably with my 4 ounce weights a few weeks back. (Okay, they are 3 lbs. Sheesh, big whoop. I am
so not a jock.) My solution so far has been to just rest it and hope it gets better, but I'm going on three weeks now..... doesn't help that it is my right arm, which is my
mousing arm. Ah well, it has to heal up. It's not as if I was doing anything really athletic.
So, no weights for me in December.
Completely bizarre day yesterday. I forgot to wear my pedometer!

I felt totally and utterly nekkkid!

I kept reaching for it to make sure it was on straight....
Ah well, I'm rambling. I guess I'll come back when I actually have something to say.
