So far this morning....

I have forgotten to put on my ped. But I remember now, and it's still fairly early so that's ok.

Breakfast
One mondo cup of coffee with equal and creamer.
One poptart (brown sugar and cinomen flavor) - so that I could take my meds
One poptart (brown sugar and cinomen flavor) - to get the med taste out of my mouth
One more mondo cup of coffee with equal and creamer

Mid-morning
One glass of sugar-free koolaid - tropical punch flavour

Lunch
mini ravioli
grilled cheese sandwich
more koolaid

mid-afternoon
3 tums
2 tblspns Pepto

dinner
macaroni and cheese
coffee

after dinner stuff
one white russian (with skim milk)
two mondo cups of coffee

11:10am 24 oz water, 6030 steps

I tried to eat half of a small canteloupe but most of it ended up getting tossed all over the room as I tried to scoop it out (next time, I use a knife). One pita with margarine. Handful of potato chips.

1:45 34oz water, 9891 steps

walked pver to the drugstore. bought lunch on the way home - buffalo chicken tenders and fries

Breakfast:
2 cinnamon muffins
1 small glass of skim milk
1 small glass cran-strawberry juice
2 chewy peppermint Christmas candies

Lunch
Ribeye steak and cheese open-face sandwich (small)
Green beans
1 small glass root beer

"Dinner" (while at Six Flags amusement park--I throw caution to the wind while there)
1/2 of a VERY, VERY sweet funnel cake. Too sweet. Yuck.
1/2 a brown lunch bag of kettle corn
1 "pink thing," which is some sort of sherbet-on-a-stick thing

(Really behind on liquids. I will have to make up for that today.)

Hmmm, let's see if I can remember:

Breakfast at 6:45 am: some Kashi apple cinnamon pillows with soymilk and some green tea (no sweetener). One Lodine. The rest of the Robert's American Gourmet gingko biloba snack rings that were left in the bag. Or did I eat those last night? Shoot, I can't remember. Yeah, I think I ate those last night.

I had a 12 mile walk today and I tried out a different kind of energy bar that I picked up from the health food store. It was the natural grainy kind and I don't remember the name. After the walk I had a tiny little can of V8.

Came home and had leftover tofu spinach ravioli with brown rice that I bought at Mother's Market and Kitchen last night. I also steamed myself some broccoli so I would have a vegetable. THEN, I had some other stuff including a handful of chocolate chips. My daughter ate most of my steamed broccoli, so I ate what was left of the raw broccoli with some lowfat ranch dressing.

Later on, half of a leftover muffin and some tea, decaf I think, no sweetener.

Dinner was 2 burritos: fat free whole wheat tortillas and fat free spicy refried beans with salsa and some reduced fat creamy basil dressing for extra flavor. It's not that I'm big on the lowfat stuff, it just happened to be what I had.

Ummm, an Entenmann's donut. No, I really didn't need that, but it sure was tasty! OK, I also ate two bites of my daughter's leftover donut.

more herbal tea, no sweetener

dried apricots--It was 1 am and I should be in bed, but I'm still not and I was hungry.

Yes, I eat all day! And I don't eat enough darn vegetables!
