The List of Private Groups is Now Private

You no longer have a list of public groups that are joinable. Group leaders can now promote - or not promote- their hideaway as they see fit.

To allow people to join your hideaway, go to this page:
http://www.eaforums.com/forums/profi...editusergroups

Next to groups that you are a leader of (for most of you, this is just the hideaway forum.) you will see a link that you can give to people who you want to join.

You may email this link, pm it, or even post it in a public forum here with an announcement of your topic and an invitation to join. It's up to you.

Amy, my join link has disappeared. Next to my group name, it just says I'm the leader of the group, but no link for joining. Lynn wants to come play and I can't let her in.

Just whenever, it's not like the place is a hotbed of activity at the moment. I'm sure you have better things to do right now, like daydreaming about hammering some incompetent people into the floor until you eradicate their problems with ID10T Syndrome.

It's cause of the upgrade. The link stays the same if you have it you can use it. I'll work more when the domain stuff is resolved.
