An Offer to Our Hideaway Owners

If you come up with a cool niche topic and would like to make your forum visible to outsiders and Google in order to lure in members, give me a yell and I'll set it up so that people can read your forum but not post until they join your user group.

I won't do this for general chatter hideaways, but if you come up with a topical niche that you want to promote, I'll flip the necessary switches.

My own is going to be a place for me to support my coding.

Well, afer much debate my yahoogroup co-owner and I decided that trying to tell nearly 400 group members how to log on to EA and find the hideaway and join, etc would be more difficult than we have time for. We still want a new location, but she thinks we need something more dedicated, and I suppose I agree. A large percentage of the yahoogroup members are computer phobic and have enough trouble remembering they can click on a bookmark to get to yahoogroup. Bummer, though.

So, in that case I think you can delete my hideaway, because I can't think of anything else I'd use it for now that there are member pages and journals and the arcade and quizzes and..... lol
