Where has the last year gone?

Today is Nicholas's first birthday and I am getting teary-eyed. I cant believe it has been a whole year already!

Cristina, it's hard to believe that time goes by soooo fast. I remember last year when we were getting those first reports from you!

This year really did go fast. But, can you truly remember what life was like without him in it?

Nope - cant remember life before Nicholas was born. Of course, after the first day I never could remember life without him.

Deb, I can just imagine how fast the last 18 years went for you. I still cant believe that my oldest started school and yet your son is at basic training! (Still doing well, I hope!)

I can remember days before I had a child. I sometimes remember them wistfully.
