OutWar -- Like KoC

This is the game KoC is based off of, in case anyone else wants to join me over there. I just started playing tonight. You can be a popstar, a gangster, or a monster, and you rise through the ranks by buying things and attacking others.

Robin reports that this site tried to install Gator on his computer.

I was looking into this game today (I know, it's been around longer than KoC and all) but it looks pretty cool. It seems to be a little more developed (as far as strategy goes) than Kings, so I decided to give it a try. As far as I could tell it didn't try to install Gator on my computer, but I did have to cancel out of a couple windows to get to the page. Either way nothing was installed.

I wish I would have read this thread earlier, I would have joined under magenta, but either way, if you're interested in joining my Posse (I'm a gangster) here's my link:

It tried to load "mscache.exe" on my computer and some other program - got a weird error message each time I canceled the download, one error window that opened said "You must click Yes" for example. I backed out of there as fast as my mouse could take me.

Yeah, you can simply cancel the download and it should try to do that again. I understand it could be a pain and people worry about that stuff, I think it's harmless.

I could be wrong, tho.
