Look for my name on the leaders board on myway.com. If I don't end up in the top 10 each day I'm not a happy camper.

Understandably so.
I've never splurged for the download. Besides, it takes away the thrill of competition.

OMG, Addiction Solitare!
Um, cough, yes, I've cough, been addicted to that.
I have the Gamehouse download for Mac which I paid for, and I think it worked out to about .0000000000000001 per game.
Best solitare there is. I think it was worse than my Collapse addiction. My Sims addiction hasn't beat it yet. (And that's saying something.)

| | Re: My New Addiction - Appropriately Named Addiction Solitaire | | Er, for some reason I'm still addicted to Spider Solitaire. I have a free version on my home computer that I play constantly (especially when waiting for Web pages to load).
I'm afraid to think what would beat that. But Addiction is pretty close. And the Yahoo version makes it easy by highlighting the cards that can be moved.

| | Re: My New Addiction - Appropriately Named Addiction Solitaire | | Bad Amy.
Hubby loves Spider Solitaire. I'll play it on occasion.
I, on the other hand, am addicted to Internet Backgammon. P's me off that I can't make comments like "Rats!" or "You Rock" to my opponent. It also makes me mad when I'm beating the snot out of someone and the "YOUR OPPONENT HAS LEFT THE GAME" window pops up.

It's like the Collapse-style games, but the twist on this one is that every so often the board turns one side. (It's a hexagonal board) This makes all the little balls fall into a new pattern.

| | Re: My New Addiction - Appropriately Named Addiction Solitaire | | Double Bad Amy. Hubby wandered in while I was playing the Solitaire game last night. After I'd gotten offline, he wandered over to the PC and casually asked "Where's that game you were playing?"
He won the first time and declared it easy. He lost the second time and cursed the game. Won the third. Lost, lost, lost, lost......
He was still playing when I finally went to bed. |

| | Re: My New Addiction - Appropriately Named Addiction Solitaire | | Curse you, Amy! I clicked.
Got 11 points the first game, 31 the second, went to bed. Looks like a lot of fun. If you download the version from that site, is it one of the limited ones that only gives you X number of games and then shuts down?
My other big weakness is the letter-board games, like Letter Rip at Kewlbox. What's really bad about those is, after a few days of playing a few games per day, I start dreaming about game boards, and seeing game boards in my head when I'm not actively thinking about something else. It's WORSE than getting a song stuck in your head!

Nope, not me. I'm pluckyduck wherever I go. I just have to add lots of 7777's sometimes to nab the name.

I'm getting a blank window when I tried to play the yahoo solitaire ... perhaps that is for the best.
