Anyone else addicted to Luxor yet?

MSN is now offering a web version of the game. I like it a little better than Zuma, as the games tend to last a bit longer (17 seconds to beat the first board just doesn't give you time to really enjoy the game.) I also like the fact that you can earn extra lives.

The boyfriend watched me play it the other day and asked how I can play it without going crazy. I pointed out the obvious to him. Ah, love.

I'm just impressed that I've FINALLY beaten the fourth board on the third level. And I've still got one extra life, and I might be able to grab another one too. Not betting on being able to actually BEAT the game. The fourth board is TOUGH.

Re Anyone else addicted to Luxor yet?

Just an fyi, I couldn't get a lot of the games there to work on Mozilla. I had to open up IE Explorer.

Re Anyone else addicted to Luxor yet?

MSN and Yahoo both have games tagged as playable only on IE.

Re Anyone else addicted to Luxor yet?

I'm still at 8. But I was mad last night. I made it to 4-4 and my highest score so far, when I clicked on the wrong part of the screen and it shut my game down. I wailed.

Re Anyone else addicted to Luxor yet?

Oh, I've done that. BAD game to play at work. Needs a MUCH better way of pausing, without having to hit the teeny-tiny menu button, and then having to remember to hit "resume game" instead of "new game". AARGG!

Re Anyone else addicted to Luxor yet?

It took me a long time to figure out that you even could pause. I thought you could do it only between levels.
