Squirrels in the attic. That's a good one!!! Steven Tyler is jumping off a cliff somewhere.

Santa's got me a little confused today.

You probably know that Santa likes children very much. Most children that is.

There are some who draw me wonderful pictures they leave out with cookies and milk every Christmas Eve. Sometimes I see those pictures and know that the child will grow to be a famous comic artist.

Here is an online exhibit of what some of the industry's famous artsits were drawing as children. And if you're in New York, you get to see them in person.

http://www.moccany.org/nowthen/

P.S. Santa's can't show you pictures because the people there are smart and made them Flash graphics, but you will like them all very much!
Aw, Santa, you ROCK.

Sorry, sometimes those tunes just get stuck in my head. In case you ever get one of those mumble-bumbles in yours, and you can't for the LIFE of you remember what he's supposed to be saying, I found a really nifty resource. Assuming, of course, that you don't already know about that one.

But, if you did, don't despair! Because I also found you a movie to watch... actually, a documentary, about a subject that I just know you'll find interesting.

So have fun. And remember, don't follow leaders, watch you're parking meters.

And squirrels. Watch the squirrels.

The link don't work 'cause the vandals took the handle!

Actually, the links work just fine. And, yes, I already knew about the first. But, I'm really excited about the video. I fell asleep right before it aired on PBS. I'd love to finally get to watch it. And, rewind it if I snooze.

Thanks Santa!

Oh, and thanks for the SantaEarWorm too.

Re 12-14-05 Wednesday SantaWorm Exchange

I had the best laugh this morning--here's why:

Quote:
Since 'murasaki' means 'purple', and because it is also your favourite color, I hope you're dreaming of a purple Christmas. Any purple Christmas, of course, starts under the tree:

And under the tree, what's that? A bag of gifts, of course!

Let's open your bag of loot to see what you got:

Kitty got a present for you!

And what does a purple girl like you need most? Purple boots, of course:

And last, a bumper sticker:

Now- since you've opened your gift bag, what's left? Why, door #2, you say?

Ok, you opened door #2, and what is there? Well, you need something to put your bumper sticker on, right?

Have a very purple Christmas!
Thank you, Secret Santa! You rock!

I'm going to have to steal Naomi's gifts for a friend of mine! She's absolutel insane about purple - she even has a tabletop purple tree similar to the one above. She would LOVE that bumper sticker!

My Secret Santa certain.ly knows the key to my heart! Libs got a present today:

Quote:
Develope and strengthen eye-paw coordination skills as your pet discovers how to remove the squeaker shapes from inside the Cagey Cube. Keeps your dog entertained, active, and busy for extended periods of time, eliminating boredom. Helps to satisfy a dog's natural instict to sear, stak and capture its prey as your pet repeatedly removes the squeaker shapes from inside the Cagey Cube.

I thought Libbs could use a little treat as well as something to give her brain a work out. We need her in tip-top shape, of course!

Cindy, I wonder if I can borrow that from you. I wanna see how well Pixie would do with it. But then, I've always had better luck with my cats than with my dogs when it comes to intelligence tests.

Except for the one greyhound, Candy, who would hold shoes hostage.

My Santa thinks I live in Arizona.

(S)he said:

Quote:
Dear Frazz:

I know you're not always very fond of living in Arizona. Hopefully this little gift can bring you a little state-ly cheer and make you smile this season:

Enjoy!
I do hope my stocking won't be empty this Christmas. Attention, Santa, I live in Arkansas.

P.S. I LOVED Arizona when I visited. A place of infinite variety and beauty (and big cities--the biggest "city" in Arkansas is a mere 175,000 people, and it's 160 miles away from where I live...)

Plane tickets to Arizona for a visit would be nice....

The book cover is making me long to get out of Arkansas and into Arizona

Thanks, Santa! Sorry for the friendly ribbing

Here's mine:

Quote:
Now that you've had a night on the town and a cozy night at home, it's time to take a trip.

But Santa doesn't want you to have to spend any of those precious vacation days, so we'll start out with one of these:

An authentic Time-Turner with a working miniature hourglass and rotating inner rings. It's plated in 24 karat gold. Several twists of this will make sure you get back with no time elapsed from a weeklong stay for for two at:

Dunrobin Castle

From there you can hunt for the Loch Ness monster or just wander the grounds:

Thanks, Santa! Those are great gifts. The wife just adores castles.

You need input, because pop music is about freshness, about Nelly Furtado and the maddeningly memorable fourth track on a first album by a band you saw on a late-night TV show. And no, that fourth track is not as good as anything on Pet Sounds or Blonde on Blonde or What's Going On, but when was the last time you played Pet Sounds? - Songbook by Nick Hornby
