Does anyone know in the Sims 2 Pets how to get the people in the game to speak english?

The Sims have their own language. No way to get them to speak English

Actually, there are hacks for the pc game versions that do get them to speak English. I'm just not sure if there are any similar mods for playstation.

I remember using it at one point. But, I haven't messed with mods in a long time either.
