| | Leslie, the funniest thing. When I opened the box, I was at Gary's house. WE got to the silver pointy thing, and Gary's mouth dropped open - he said,"That's one of those things that removes the security tag from clothing! Now you can shoplift. Dude!"
When I got it home, #4 grabbed it and said,"Yay! A dog training device!" and luckily, #1 grabbed him. And then jumped up and down and cheered- because he has been wanting one of the seatbelt cutter/window breaker/flashlight thingies for ages. You have made him one happy crapper!
I've got a little redhead, and some pictures that I'll post when I can get someone to resize them for me. Thanks for our crap! |

| | Mystery?
Hmmm, hjere's my list:
4 books (including one by Robert Parker! )
the seatbelt thingy
4 really cool coasters - I love starfish!
#4's hair dye
5 cute Beanie Babies (and don't tell anyone, but even #1 was delighted to get a teddy bear)
a puzzle - perfect for our week at the cottage this summer
bunch o' cat lighters aka candles
compass, also for #1
poker tray - first thing #1 grabbed out of the box, along with deck of cards
door stop
one stamp - #4 has 'VOID' written on his forehead, but he doesn't know it yet
a lobster cookie cutter - to go with my crab cookie cutter!
(I had a fish one, too, until a friend pointed out that the things I thought were squiggles inside the fish were actually words...)
something which turns out to be a sling? (I thought it was a doggie raincoat. Libs strongly disagreed, and so did #1 )
Which was supposed to be our sercond mystery item? Or did I misidentify something? |

| | Oh, the pitcher! I was just dying - #3 grabbed it and tried to pour juice into it. With predictable results.
It looks just like the Koolaid face - the boys love it! |

| | I'll post the after pic tomorrow, when I can take his picture outside. It really did make his hair a rich auburn. He loves it! We are all just dying - but I am relieved that the desired shade of red, Reba MacIntyre, did not happen.
And I'll have to think about the special purpose. Right now I'm drawing a blank. |
