Well, Margo, I looked back and I think it's about time you get that cast off (if you haven't already). Once the doctor says you are good to go, I'm giving you this set up so you can work out in the comfort of your own home.


And a personal trainer is always nice. I've heard this guy works out quite a bit, and he is all lined up to help you get back in the swing.
