OK, for my second guess, I'll choose Deb (conradd). Here are some hunky little helpers to help you get your Marine Corps gifts out on time for the holidays and enable you to send more stuff! |
Thanks and I'm sure these guys will come in handy, but I wasn't your secret santa.

| | Re 2007 Santaworm Game - Guessing Thread | | If MJ wasn't my secret santa, then my second guess is Melanie. And, here's my gift for your Christmas pilgrimage to your in-laws - a luxury motorcoach:
It has a full kitchen with dishwasher:
a king size bed for you and DH:
and pull down bunkbeds for the kids:
And to keep that tank topped off, here's an unlimited credit card:
Enjoy your trip!

| | Re 2007 Santaworm Game - Guessing Thread | | I'm pretty sure my secret Santa was Penguinlady. I know how much she'd like to have a penguin bathrobe to lounge in while she enjoys her penguin collection. The only ones I could find were either too small, or too cartoonish, so it will have to be a custome robe made with this fabric I found at Hancock fabrics on-line

| | Re 2007 Santaworm Game - Guessing Thread | | You know Wormie, it really had me going. Someone knew me way too well. But she slipped up on one of the threads the windmill one, and I began to suspect. It was the way she identified the turbines. That is how she always "clarifies" things for me. So I started to read the threads "carefully". I even asked her, but she wouldn't budge!!! The hot toddy gave it away. The night her brother came home, he had a really bad cough, so I made him a hot toddy, and he did NOT like it at all. We had this big family discussion about it--so that clue made her my #1 suspect!!! It was good.

| | Re 2007 Santaworm Game - Guessing Thread | | When your Secret Santa is a poet,
It must be MJ - don't ya know it!
The first present I have for my wonderful giftee,
Are nights filled with song
But this time with people who can stay in key - classes at the Evening Division at Juilliard.
Next is the car every city commuter needs - the Smart Fortwo.

But thank you for the classes and the snazzy little car!
(yeah, you're right, it was me)

| | Re 2007 Santaworm Game - Guessing Thread | | I was sure it was Judy with the final gift to Turf Valley, a well-known resort to Marylanders. So, now, I am thinking someone from Pennsylvania who is pragmatic, understands my love for words and loves to play online games.
That's, like, 240 EA members.
I'm going to take a stab at Thinkerlady?
Which would of course require something pink and delicious.

| | Re 2007 Santaworm Game - Guessing Thread | | I will guess taurusmoon, because she was just talking, in this very post, about getting language learning CD's...
and Rosetta Stone was one of my gifts.
And I have thought long and hard about what the perfect gift would be for you, and I am going back to my own experience (when I was in my early twenties) and my sister's (currently) commuting to NYC on the subway every day.
I cannot imagine going through it today (and I think it's taking every last bit of strength out of my sister, but she travels from Wantagh.)
And so I think the perfect present for you would be a private limo ride to and from NY one day a week for a year, maybe every Friday, when you probably need it most...
(Working for Chase, they used to give employees a limo ride home if they worked OT till 10 p.m., and if she had to work OT, she found it was better to do it once a week and stay till 10 then a little bit every day and fight the trains...)
And a big old Amazon gift certificate so that you have some good reading material for the other four days.
Merry Christmas. |

| | Re 2007 Santaworm Game - Guessing Thread | | My only clues are that my Santa is evil and doesn't like science fiction.
Yep, THAT narrows it down for me.
Glad you liked your pressies, Pippa. I really do strongly recommend the serial fiction... just be aware that it's from me, so "good" and "really freaking disturbing" aren't alway mutually exclusive.
