Osbournes Finale? (Spoiler)

Have you seen it?

If so, what was your reaction to the big revelation?

I saw the last 15 minutes only the first time it aired. I just watched the entire epi today. I have to admit, I'm nvery disappointed.

I'm also surprised that there has been no major discussion of this episode in the media.

Could it be that we all want to believe it was real?

Re: Osbournes Finale? (Spoiler)

After reading this, I'm really glad I never wasted 30 minutes watching this show. If this is true, Jack should be brought up on charges of cruelty to animals. What a family.

Re: Osbournes Finale? (Spoiler)

No, no...

(Spoiler alert)

Yes, they show Jack getting violent with Lola and Minnie (two of the Osbournes dogs) and then they show a lifeless Minnie.

But, in the end, it's all a big prank. The directors yell "cut", you see the cue cards, and, Minnie is being held by Sharon and everyone is laughing.

Then they show outtakes from the very first episode of the Osbournes -- Ozzy saying "I love you all, but you're all f-ing mad!" and flubbing his line over and over again.

Re: Osbournes Finale? (Spoiler)

I saw it, I thought it was very sad and touching (with him yelling Sharon to make the tv work), and then I thought it was hilarious.

Well done if you ask me, but not necessarily media worthy.

Re: Osbournes Finale? (Spoiler)

But... the fact that the first episode (as evidenced by the bloopers shown in the finale) was at least somewhat scripted -- and the the last episode was scripted -- doesn't that make you want to know whether or not everything else was scripted?

Re: Osbournes Finale? (Spoiler)

You mean people actually watch crap like that? I sat through 3-4 minutes one time and wanted an enema to cleans myself afterwards.

I viewed that as a spoof as well.... And yes I watch it because I find it hilarious.
