OK, now I'm cheesed off - they are pre-empting tonight's Idol for some Shrub Press Conference. If I wanna know what the Shrub says, I'll read it later (for that matter if I cared about what Shrub had to say I would have voted for him in 2000). I hate when the little time I get to watch television and relax every other day or so is pre-empted by talking news heads or politico-babble. Let me relax already! I'll catch a paper tomorrow and catch up on current events my own dang self. Grumble. |

We don't get to see him evade questions from the press often, so I don't mind that it's preempting my favorite show "24."

I had a hard time watching. I get so easily distracted by his darting tongue. He looks like a lizard the way he always licks that bottom lip. And we need to send him and the Donald for a haircut. He looks bad.
Oh well. 24 will be on Sunday. I'll be watching, too. |

JPL is gone. Not that he was the worst, but truth be told I don't much care when people get axed as long as they do. My vote for next week? I'm betting that either John Stevens or Diana DeGarmo gets the royal boot...

Man - I was hoping JPL would last longer, too - he's the only one who doesn't amke me yawn in endless boredom with endless friggin ballads and slow songs. I HATE ballads and slow songs. KICK IT UP A NOTCH YOU SCAREDY CATS..... sigh |

Dont' worry about it!  I should have thought to unsub from the thread when I missed it. I still haven't seen the performances.. I need to see HOW ON EARTH Jon Stevens made it through another week, aside from my mother feeling sorry for him and voting multiple times. |
