I'm really really tempted....it's been almost two years since I saw them last, but tickets are $30-118! And you know those $30 aren't worth jack.

Tickets go on sale Saturday, so I have a couple of days to decide and see if anyone wants to go with me. (Hubby has already said "no" )

I would love to see a concert coming here to my area....Metallica! I was sad that Godsmack was not with them in these parts. That would have been ideal.

But, the tickets are getting so nasty priced, I cannot believe it!

I remember when (and I am not that old) but concert tickets were about $13 - $15. Now, they seem to regularly run $50+. That is nuts!

Oh well. If you want to see them bad enough, you pay.

Good luck finding someone to go with you Lynn. It should be an excellent show!

I spent 10 minutes in the mixed religions thread trying not to obsess.

I started to panic when I was 1/2 through my response and noticed the clock was creeping.

I like it when ANYONE sings at a concert. Last time, we were right in front of this school teacher from Kearney. He and I were trading notes in between every song ("Okay, now it should be Witchy Woman, because that's what is the next song on the album" ) I sang every word of every song. I hope we are not singing in church the next day because I will have no voice left.

I have to start prepping Judy (my friend who is not crazy about The Eagles, but her husband is, so she goes along with us ) on who is who. Last time she couldn't keep Don and Glenn straight.
