According to the site, your life's theme song is the one that's #1 on your 18th birthday. So...

Hot Child on a Summer Night. Odd in November.

Re: What was #1 when you were born?

US - The Letter by The Boxtops. I don't think I know this one
UK - The Last Waltz by Engelbert Humperdinck. I know I don't know this one.

Life themes:

US - Money for Nothing by Dire Straits
UK - If I Was by Midge Ure. Another song I've never heard of.

So it all comes down to money and the unknown.

Campy torch song (great to wail in the car )

What did you think, I would do at this moment?
If you'd stay, I'd subtract twenty years from my life
I'd fall down on my knees, kiss the ground that you walk on
If you could just love me again.

Or something like that

I'd tell you my birth songs and life songs, but then I'd have to kill you. I just can say that they are very appropriate.

Lynn

Re: What was #1 when you were born?

Ok--Well then on my 18th birthday----

It's Too Late---Carole King (US)

Chirpy Chirpy Cheep Cheep----The Middle of the Road (UK)

I remember the Carole King "explosion" well. I had just begun my college days!! I wanted the album so badly. My parents couldn't understand--they thought going to college was all study and library times. (I was the first in my family to go to college, let alone the first to live away at college)

Re: What was #1 when you were born?

Soldier Boy - The Shirelles (US)

Wonderland - The Shadows (UK)

However, it seems odd that the Shirelle's would still have been in vogue in 1965, after all, I do remain a perpetually youthful 39.
